Specialist Ltd. is committed to ensuring client satisfaction by providing products and services which meet client requirements and standards as well as the requirements of EN ISO9001:2015 and other applicable standards, legislation and regulation.
We deliver our services in a professional, courteous, timely and safe manner. We use the results of ongoing research to ensure the provision of the best available materials, technologies, and methods in order to obtain optimum results.
This Quality Policy is completed by our associated Health & Safety and Environmental Management Policies which are the foundations underpinning the principles of our integrated and multi-faceted management system operated in compliance with EN ISO9001:2015, EN ISO14001:2015 and EN ISO45001:2018.
Our goals and objectives are consistent with the principles of the quality policy and are pursued, monitored, and measured in pursuit of overall goals of continual improvement and best practice.
This quality policy is communicated to our clients, all other parties of interest and our staff. The principles of which are further underpinned by staff training, knowledge transfer and skill development which ensure we remain up to date in respect of all developments of relevance to our business.
The purpose of this policy is to demonstrate the commitment of Deane Roofing Systems Ltd to provide quality services and products to our clientele.
Safety Policy
We aim to nurture a safe culture inside and outside of our company.
Deane Roofing Systems Ltd. and Fabcoat Powder Coating Specialist Ltd is committed to ensuring, as far as reasonably practicable, the health and safety of our employees, contractors, visitors, clientele, and any other person(s) who are affected by our activities and to the prevention of work-related injuries or ill health on the part of all parties.
Deane Roofing Systems Ltd. operates a Safety, Health and Welfare Management System in compliance with the requirements of the international standard EN ISO 45001:2018 and in accordance with the Safety, Health & Safety at Work Act 2005; the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (General Applications) Regulations 2007; the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, and all other applicable and relevant legislation, codes of practice and industry best practice.
The Management System includes the following:
- The provision of suitable and adequate resources for the management and implementation of the safety management system.
- A program for managing Safety, Health and Welfare within the Company, ensuring that it is readily available and reviewed on an annual basis at a minimum (or more frequently where there is significant change within the Safety Management System).
- A documented management system conforming with the requirements of the International Standard EN ISO45001:2018 to ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, measurement, recording and reporting of all aspects of the Management System and related company programs.
- Establish and communicate goals and objectives to all staff consistent with this policy and to manage, monitor, measure, and report on performance relative to same.
- Hazard identification and Risk Assessment and associated control measures.
- Provide necessary and sufficient resources to ensure that effective implementation, operation and maintenance of this management system including communications/information, physical and material resources, training, management and the maintenance and service of plant and equipment.
- Resources include staff qualified and trained to the extent required, management of resources and records, internal auditing, and management review.
- Investigate all accidents, incidents and near misses in an appropriate and timely manner, and where applicable, co-operate with the Health & Safety Authority and other State and regulatory authorities in relation to same.
- Provide a safe place of work, providing a safe access and egress, and ensuring the provision of suitable and adequate welfare facilities to all employees.
- Ensure effective communication, consultation, and participation with all staff to ensure implementation and operation of this management system in accordance with planned arrangements.
The purpose of this policy is to demonstrate the commitment of Deane Roofing Systems Ltd to the provision of a safe place of work for own staff and all other personnel on client sites and at own premises through the provision, operation, maintenance and control of relevant processes, procedures and records incorporated in the Management System and as guided by this policy.
Environment Policy
Deane Roofing & Cladding are committed to ensure that our business interest has the minimal impact on the sustainability of our current environment.
Deane Roofing Systems Ltd. and Fabcoat Powder Coating Specialist Ltd is committed to complying with the requirements of the international standard EN ISO14001:2015 through the operation of an environmental management system complying with the requirements of the standard, incorporating systems and controls which are relevant and applicable to the interests of the company and which are capable of effective implementation and maintenance across all areas of the company.
The commitment of the company and its top management to the aims and objectives of this policy are underpinned by the following principles.
Everybody directly or indirectly involved with or associated with the company wishes to enjoy a good life and all understand that for this to be sustainable we must protect our planet to ensure it continues to be a good place to live for ourselves, our children and for future generations of our families and our communities. For this to be achieved, we recognise the need to change the habits of many years which are contributing to the process of the deterioration of the environment and our planet.
We are prepared to play our role in the process of change and renewal in the interest of our planet and our communities and in this regard recognise that change can be difficult to accept and implement and requires a deep and sustained commitment to succeed. For our part, we accept the necessity for change and commit ourselves to identifying, implanting, and maintaining changes within our control which will have a positive impact on the environment and our planet.
The policy provides:
- A framework for the establishment and maintenance of goals and objectives compatible with both the aims of the international standard and the company.
- Demonstrates a commitment to protecting the environment through processes and controls which avoid pollution and minimise all types of waste of resources to the greatest extent possible within the control of the company and to endeavour to continuously improve our efforts to enhance our environmental performance.
- Positively affirms commitment to compliance with all statutory obligations required by the company including as regards matters of environmental management and control.
- Provides for the involvement of all management and staff in the implementation, monitoring, measurement, and improvement in matters associated with environmental management.
- Provides for the involvement of customers suppliers in the implantation of this policy and includes a commitment to engage in and co-operate with relevant policies, procedures, goals and objectives operated by suppliers, customers and sub-contractors.
