Our quality policy is to ensure client satisfaction by providing products and services which meet client requirements and standards as well as the requirements of IS EN ISO9001: 2015 and other applicable standards, legislation and regulation. We deliver our services in a professional, courteous, timely and safe manner. We use the results of ongoing research to ensure the provision of the best available materials, technologies and methods in order to obtain optimum results.
Compliance with IS EN ISO9001: 2015 and is the foundation underpinning the principles of this quality policy.
Goals and objectives consistent with the principles of the quality policy are pursued and are monitored and measured in pursuit of overall goals of continual improvement and best practice.
This quality policy is communicated to our clients, all other parties of interest and our staff. The principles of which are further underpinned by staff training, knowledge transfer and skill development which ensure we remain up to date in respect of all developments of relevance to our business.
Safety Policy
We aim to nurture a safe culture inside and outside of our company.
Deane Roofing & Cladding’s policy is to nurture a safe culture inside and outside of our company.
It is our policy to comply with and work in accordance with I.S ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety standard and adhere to the provisions outlined by the standard in achieving a safe working environment.
It is our policy, in so far as is reasonably practicable, to ensure the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work of all our employees and further to ensure that persons not in our employment, who may be affected by our work activities, are not exposed to risks to their safety and health.
We will provide the necessary resources, structures and procedures that are required to safeguard against the risks arising from activities in our workplace and to create a workplace that is, in so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risk to health.
We also undertake to provide relevant information, appropriate training and adequate supervision, in a form, manner and, as appropriate, language, that is reasonably likely to be understood to achieve this.
We will provide safe plant and equipment, safe means of access and egress, safe systems of work, appropriate welfare facilities and emergency plans, competent persons and suitable
protective clothing and equipment where hazards cannot be eliminated.
We also undertake to consult all employees on matters of health and safety and everybody is hereby encouraged to share and discuss all things safety.
We undertake to seek appropriate advice from competent Safety and Health Consultants as and when necessary. We will strive to continuously improve our safety and health performance year on year.
Our main objective is to provide a safe and healthy work place for all employees and to meet our duties in relation to clients, contractors, visitors, members of the public or any other persons who may be affected by our operations.
Our documentation will be reviewed and improved at every opportunity to guide and mentor our employees toward the safest way to carry out their duties.

Environment Policy
Deane Roofing & Cladding are committed to ensure that our business interest has the minimal impact on the sustainability of our current environment.
Deane Roofing’s policy is to comply with environmental legislation and other requirements, in accordance with I.S EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management
We are committed to assess the environmental impact of all historic, current and likely future operations of our business.
We will continually seek to improve our environmental performance both onsite and at our premises.
We strive to reduce pollution, emissions and waste generated directly and indirectly from our business.
We target the reduction of the use of all raw materials, energy and supplies by designing and specifying the optimum solutions to limit onsite resources.
Deane Roofing will raise awareness, encourage participation and train our employees in environmental matters. As part of our policy we expect similar environmental standards from all partners, suppliers and contractors and we will assist our clients and designers to select and use products and services in an environmentally sensitive way.
We will communicate environmental aims and objectives to employees and external stakeholders and where authorised, we will liaise with the local community and participate in discussions about environmental issues
